My name is Ryan Strickland and I am a Personal Trainer based in Sevenoaks. I cover a lot of areas across Kent and the South East including Bromley & Orpington.

I have lots of years of experience working with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. I have worked and trained in a number of Gyms such as David Lloyd & Anytime Fitness. I have since decided I want to bring fitness to a wider audience and train people in the comfort of their own home.

I am a big believer that you really don’t need fancy equipment and expensive gym memberships to have a good workout… All you need is some professional guidance and a small amount of space.

I am fully qualified through Premier Personal Training Academy, Chartered through the Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity and I’m insured and licenced with FitPro.

Some FAQ’s…

The most common questions I get asked are: how much space do I need in my house and what types of exercises will we do?

Well, you honestly need hardly any space at all. I have hundreds of pieces of equipment that can be used in the smallest amount of space possible.

In terms of what exercises we will be doing… This all depends on you! Depending on your goals, your fitness levels and how your body reacts to different exercises, the workouts will vary.

One thing I can guarantee, however, is that the workouts will never be the same, dull and boring. I will mix up every session to keep things fun all whilst burning calories and building muscle.

I am specialised in boxercise and pad work, circuit training and kettle bells just to name a few. We can do 100s of different things!

How Does it Work?

It is a simple process…

First just drop me a message using either the contact form or my details below. I will get back to you and we’ll arrange your FREE consultation.

The free consultation can take place in a local coffee shop or at your home. It will last around 30 minutes and just consists of us getting to know each other, me hearing about your fitness goals and discussing how I can help you.

I’ll come up with a free training plan for you and give you some nutritional advice.

If you decide that after the consultation this isn’t for you, then that is not a problem at all. No obligation!

If, however, you want to start personal training then I will book you in for your first session and we will get to work!
