The most common questions I get asked are: how much space do I need in my house and what types of exercises will we do?
Well, you honestly need hardly any space at all. I have hundreds of pieces of equipment that can be used in the smallest amount of space possible.
In terms of what exercises we will be doing… This all depends on you! Depending on your goals, your fitness levels and how your body reacts to different exercises, the workouts will vary.
One thing I can guarantee, however, is that the workouts will never be the same, dull and boring. I will mix up every session to keep things fun all whilst burning calories and building muscle.
I am specialised in boxercise and pad work, circuit training and kettle bells just to name a few. We can do 100s of different things!
How Does it Work?

The free consultation can take place in a local coffee shop or at your home. It will last around 30 minutes and just consists of us getting to know each other, me hearing about your fitness goals and discussing how I can help you.
I’ll come up with a free training plan for you and give you some nutritional advice.
If you decide that after the consultation this isn’t for you, then that is not a problem at all. No obligation!
If, however, you want to start personal training then I will book you in for your first session and we will get to work!
