I am fully qualified and experienced personal trainer working in and around the Otford area.
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 8 years and have been qualified as a Level 3 premier personal trainer for over 3 years. In this time I’ve trained over 30 clients to help them shred fat, build muscle and live an all-around healthier lifestyle.
I’m authorized, fully licensed & registered, DBS/CRB checked, and hold a level 3 qualification in first aid.
My specialisation is in mobile personal training. This means that if you live in or around the Otford area, I will come to you. I have 100s of pieces of equipment that can be used in the smallest of spaces.

We then begin training. I can train you as often as you like. Our training will consist of exercises and movements tailored to you and your fitness goals.
