I’m a fully qualified personal trainer, chartered through the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity.

I’m a mobile personal trainer which means I come to your home in Petts Wood. I have lots of different pieces of equipment that are great fun to use and will help you to achieve your fitness goals. You don’t need much space at all, most of the time I train clients in their front rooms, spare rooms or if it’s sunny we train outside.
I am Chartered, CRB/DBS checked, hold a Level 3 Certification in First Aid, a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Boxercise instruction.
