All of my clients have different goals but they all share one thing in common… They have achieved, or are on their way to achieving, their goal.

Congratulations to all of my clients below and many others (who don’t feature below) who have worked so hard for the body and fitness results they deserve.

I have been working with David for around 6 months now and in this time he has managed to make an amazing transformation.

He has lost a total of 43lbs and is feeling healthier, fitter, stronger than ever.

Pauline

Pauline has coeliac disease and is at risk of developing osteoporosis. We work together to strengthen her bones and improve her overall fitness levels. She has since decided to train for local running events to give her a goal to work towards.

I decided to bulk up over the Christmas period and basically eat whatever I wanted…

The problem is I went a bit far without realizing. Soon I was 16 stone and decided I was probably a bit too big now.

I set my self a 3-month window get to lose 3 stone and I managed to achieve this goal. All while still enjoying all of the foods I love to eat: roast dinners, chocolate, cake, burgers and more!
